Ⅲ. Main Technical Features of the Equipment
This Horizontal Type Water Ring Granulating Extrusion Line is specialized in recycling and pelitizing of HDPE crushed material.The special designed screw structure can eliminate the moisture and volatility gas effectivly in the progress of melting,and the granule is uniform,firm,beautiful as well as hig production efficiency.Using advanced low noise hard-toothed surface with forced lubrication reducer to ensure the main extruder to adapt the high speed continuous operation.
The cutting method of plastic is scraped by blade in melt condition and water cooling solidified by cooling water circulation.After high-speed drying, can effectively remove the finished product moisture and have good dry effect . Simple operating in cutting process , high degree of automation, no dust, low noise, slice of good quality, beautiful appearance.
臥式水環切粒塑料擠出造粒機組是專門針對低高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）破碎料的回收造粒機組。專門設計的螺桿結構及排氣口能有效排除物料融化過程中產生的水分和揮發性氣體，擠出顆粒均勻、結實、美觀，生產效率高。采用先進的低噪音硬齒面帶強制潤滑減速機，保證主機適應高轉速連續運轉。
該機組的切粒方式是塑料在熔體狀態下擠出被刀片刮下并經循環冷卻水冷卻凝固的，經高速脫水機脫水后能有效去除成品顆粒的水分，干燥效果好。切粒過程操作簡便，自動化程度高，無粉塵，噪音低，切片質量好，外形美觀。

1.3.2) Features of gear box:
This gear box boasts the characteristic of stable running, low noise, high bearing capacity, long life-span, easy to dismantle for checking use and so on. The material of the reduction box gear is 20CrMnTi,with process of forging, quenching, carburizing. And the hardness of the gear surface is up to HRC54~62,.After digital grinding process, the gear’s size is with high accuracy, and the gears contact smoothly and therefore, with high transmission efficiency. There is an large-thrust self-aligning roller bearing which can bear the axial thrust from the working screw. It uses lube pump to lubricate the place needed and meanwhile, use high efficiency water cooling system to cool the lube.

該系列減速箱具有運轉平穩、噪音低、承載能力強、使用壽命長、易于拆檢等特點。減速箱齒輪材質為20CrMnTi，經煅造、調質、滲碳、淬火處理，齒面硬度達到HRC54-62，并經數控齒面磨削工藝，精度高、齒面接觸性好、傳動效率高。輸出軸前端配置有大規格推力調心滾子軸承，可承受螺桿工作時的軸向推力。箱體內各潤滑點采用潤滑油泵強制潤滑，潤滑油配有高效水冷卻系統。

The die panel has been thickened and treated by high frequency quenching. And then, grinded to make it level.
